Position Description: The NTCOC Student Minister is the primary leader
and advocate for students in grades 6-12. He/She will lead a growing
ministry in a vibrant, family oriented faith community. This ministry
role consists of team leading, vision casting, and facilitating
spiritual growth in the lives of students by supporting families and
equipping adults. This position leads NT Students by working with
leaders, coaches, and teams who strive to provide relational
environments where students can do life together, disciple each other,
and pursue One More on a daily basis. The student minister works with
parents of students to support and amplify the spiritual influence at
home. This position also fulfills other leadership responsibilities
within the ministry of North Terrace in our pursuit of One More.  You
