Position Description: MCC is looking to hire a full-time, Student Pastor to lead a vibrant Middle School/High School ministry. Our Student Ministry has a great volunteer team in place and has a part-time support staff assigned to Next Gen Ministry. We are in the process of renovating a recently purchased 7,000 sq ft facility adjacent to our campus. The building will be the home of student ministry and provide flexible space for other teaching and mission events.

Our current Student Pastor will be switching to a Discipleship role as soon as we fill this position. We have a growing congregation and a clear purpose to make disciple-makers! MCC is a great environment to work and worship. Our goal is to find a young man with a deep love for Jesus and a passion for helping students and their families develop into disciples who live on mission.

Miamisburg is located 40 miles north of Cincinnati, and 6 miles south of Dayton on Interstate 75. Our community has a suburban feel, and access in minutes to anything you would expect from a metro area.
