Social Studies Methods

Presents the scope and sequence of the skills and concepts of the social studies program applicable to the elementary grades. The broad range of the social studies curriculum will be defined with emphasis on the need for student and teacher to relate to their world: past, present, and future. Offered every spring. (Prerequisite: admission to teacher education program and ELE 300. Corequisite: ELE315.) (Minimum grade “C”)
